To whom it may concern,
I am a local 61 year old man who has always tried to stay as active as possible, my world came crashing down 8 months ago when I had a motorcycle accident in the mountains here, I fractured my collarbone and shoulder blade, a few broken ribs also.
Right after my accident I searched all around looking for a sports therapist, I could not find one locally and nobody could recommend anybody else.
After being in a sling for 6 months I ran into a recent client of Dr Rachael’s and was informed there was an actual sports therapist in Los Cabos.
I called for an appointment and scheduled a consultation, at this time I could not reach up to the top of a door, after reviewing my situation Dr Rachael made some recommendations, unfortunately they did not fit my plans, so we discussed an alternative and more aggressive rehab schedule to last 1 month for 12 visits, she was very accommodating to my needs and goals and a plan was set.
The first week of sessions was almost more than I could handle pain wise, but Dr Rachael and all her associates were very patient and always explained what they were doing and gave me exercises to do at home also.
Fast forward to 10 weeks later and I have regained a great deal of my arm and shoulder movement and am back to doing almost all my normal activities, I’ve had numerous sports injuries during my life, this was a bad one, I was prepared to lose the use of my left arm, I can only say the amount of progress I made is absolutely incredible and it is a direct result of the treatment I received from Dr Rachael and her associates, I can’t thank them enough.
I should also include the clinic they have is very modern and clean, lots of equipment to help speed up the healing process.
